RememberMD app for iPhone and iPad

RememberMD works with its companion app RMD to allow patients to remember their doctors and health caregivers to communicate with their patients and other caregivers.

RememberMD allows patients to easily and securely send basic messages to their doctor or their doctors office to help get appointments sooner. It works with the RMD app for doctors. You can keep private notes that you may use as a reminder when you see the doctor. It can remind you to keep your doctor appointment. The doctor can call your cell phone if you have an emergency.

Note - that this RememberMD app will only work if your doctor uses the RMD app and invites you to use it.
